month by month GROWTH projections
One of our goals for 2019 is to successfully train six women in the craft of sewing. As per our mission, we provide the resources and platform to help empower underprivileged women to become financially independent – and based on our research, sewing is a viable option towards achieving just that.
With the demand for tailors ever increasing in the Pakistani market, we think this is one of the beneficial skills we can teach underprivileged women. The average tailor is able to make a decent living. Having mastered the skill of sewing - women will then be able to work from home, have flexible hours, pass the skills on to their children (and/or relatives), and provide a comfortable life for their families. We are in the process of setting up an institution where women are trained under a vetted tailor- free of cost, four days a week, for a total of 12 hours weekly.
We want to ensure that we give these women quality training in the craft.
Thanks to our wonderful sponsors, we currently have two sewing machines that we are using to teach our students, and plan to increase our inventory based on demand.
